WHAT IS MC SILK AminoAcids®?

 

Produced using advanced fermentation technology, MC SILK AMINOACIDS® is a recombinant spider silk that is molecularly identical to natural spider silk. It is 100% vegan, free from animal-derived components, and developed for high sustainability and industrial scalability.

 

The material consists of repetitive amino acid sequences (primarily glycine, alanine, and serine) forming a precise balance of crystalline beta-sheet structures and amorphous regions. This molecular architecture delivers outstanding tensile strength, elasticity, and film-forming properties.
